страх., амер. извещение [уведомление\] об отсутствии (страхового) покрытия [о непокрытии\]* (извещение, направляемое медицинским учреждением застрахованному лицу или его представителю для информирования о том, что поступление или дальнейшее пребывание застрахованного в медицинском учреждении не соответствует критерием медицинской необходимости по условиям страховой программы и не будет покрываться страховкой; используется в программах государственного страхования, таких как "Медикэр" и "Трайкэр", в частности, в таких случаях, когда по мнению медицинского учреждения нет медицинской необходимости для продолжения пребывания застрахованного в учреждении, но застрахованный все еще нуждается в уходе и предпочитает остаться в медицинском упреждении; застрахованный после получения такого извещения может направить возражения в регулирующие органы)See:Англо-русский экономический словарь > notice of non-coverage
